Main Function:

Perform alignment & assembly the following function by using vision system to capture the specially side or marker. Then, automatically align the light guide or metal frame by using X-Y-Theta precision stages.

- Cell (glass) into light-guide.

- Stack film (diffuser, RCF & rim sheet) into light guide.

- Light guide into metal frame.

- IC connector bonding.
